Serving Parkersburg and the surrounding communities of West Virginia, Angie Hissam brings heart, compassion, and unwavering dedication to every client she serves. With 5 years of real estate experience, Angie’s philosophy is beautifully simple:
“I treat every client the way I would want my sister treated.”
That mindset is the foundation of how she does business—leading with kindness, honesty, and a genuine commitment to helping people make confident decisions during some of life’s biggest moments.
Angie is known for putting her whole heart into every transaction. She takes time to explain the ins and outs of offers, tailor strategies to each client’s unique needs, and make sure every buyer and seller feels supported throughout the process. Her goal isn’t simply to help clients close on a home—it’s to make sure they feel cared for every step of the way.
What Angie loves most about real estate is the relationships she builds along the way. For her, helping someone buy or sell a home goes far beyond paperwork and negotiations—it’s about forming meaningful bonds and being a steady source of guidance, especially during emotional or difficult seasons of life. One of her most memorable experiences was helping a widow sell her home during a time of uncertainty and fear. What began as a professional relationship became a close friendship that lasted long after the transaction, all the way until her passing—a testament to the lasting impact Angie strives to make.
Angie’s passion for real estate began early. She grew up attending open houses with her mother, and that lifelong love for homes naturally grew into a career built around serving others.
Outside of real estate, Angie is deeply connected to her community and the beauty of West Virginia. She enjoys exploring waterfalls, traveling throughout the state, hiking, and spending time with her cats. She is also actively involved with Emmanuel Baptist Church and serves on the Parkersburg Homecoming Board—reflecting her heart for people and the place she calls home.
Her advice to anyone beginning their home journey is simple but powerful:
“Don’t be afraid to ask questions.”
Because with Angie Hissam, real estate is more than buying or selling a property—it’s about having someone in your corner who will go above and beyond, advocate for your needs, and treat you like family.
