Serving buyers and sellers across West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky, Dreama is a dedicated real estate professional with Impact Realty Group in Huntington, West Virginia. With three years of experience, she brings a fresh, relationship-driven approach to real estateāone built on kindness, communication, and making the process feel as simple and manageable as possible.
For her, kindness isnāt just a personality trait. Itās the foundation of how she lives, raises her children, and conducts business.
āLeading with kindness is my number one rule, no matter what I do. If I leave an impression on someone, Iād love for them to remember me as being kind. Sometimes kindness is all you can offer someoneāand that can mean more than we realize.ā
Her journey into real estate began with her own experience as a first-time homebuyer. She and her family worked with an incredible Realtor who transformed what could have been a stressful, chaotic process into something exciting and manageable. Seeing firsthand the impact a great agent could make sparked something in her.
āI remember thinking, āI want to be able to do that for other people.āā
Today, that experience shapes the way she serves every client. She focuses on taking as much stress off their shoulders as possible, breaking complicated situations into manageable steps, and keeping communication at the center of every transaction. Whether someone is buying their first home, preparing to sell, or simply has no idea where to begin, she wants them to know they donāt have to figure it all out before reaching out.
Her advice to future buyers and sellers is simple: Donāt wait until you think you have everything figured out.
āItās completely okay to call or message and say, āI want to buy a house, but I donāt even know where to start.ā Thatās what Iām here for.ā
While she enjoys working with all types of buyers and sellers, she has a special appreciation for first-time homebuyers. She understands how overwhelming the moving parts of a real estate transaction can feel, especially when someone has never been through the process before. Her role is to simplify, explain, communicate, and make sure her clients always feel like they have someone firmly in their corner.
What she loves most, however, goes far beyond houses.
Itās the people, the stories, and the friendships.
āHouses are great, but theyāre really just the backdrop. By the time we reach the closing table, I donāt want my clients to feel like they simply worked with an agent. I want them to feel like they gained a supportive friend they can call whenever they need real estate advice.ā
That philosophy often means going beyond phone calls, showings, contracts, and paperwork. One of her favorite memories in real estate happened just before a closing, when a client had several heavy packages delivered but couldnāt make it to the property to retrieve them. So, she did what she does bestājumped in to help, dragged the packages from the garage into the driveway, and made a funny video about the experience.
It was a small moment, but one that perfectly captures her approach: sometimes being a great Realtor simply means being an extra set of hands when your client needs you.
Outside of real estate, she stays just as busy. You can often find her helping manage her familyās pizza restaurant in Milton, West Virginia, raising her chickens, spending time with family, or diving headfirst into an impulsive DIY project.
She also brings a modern, creative perspective to the industry. She enjoys staying current with trends, creating social media content, and finding nontraditional ways to connect with buyers and sellers. She believes real estate should feel personal, approachable, and relevantāand she is always looking for new ways to learn, grow, and better serve the people around her.
At the end of the day, her goal is simple: lead with kindness, communicate clearly, make the process easier, and be the kind of Realtor people are genuinely glad they called.
